Tam Bình orphan education center

Tam Binh orphan education center was set up in after 1975 liberation. Tam Binh Orphanage is home to about 450 individuals, ranging in age from infants to adults, many with special needs.

There are 300 children who are orphans parents. Many of the Ties kids lived there as infants or toddlers.

There are 150 children who are orphans parents and all of them are infected HIV.

The assistant in Tam Binh Office said that: all of children will be die before they will be 14 years old.
